Ubuntu in C
-
Wow. I can install Ubuntu in C. Also, C is called "No localization" in C. I wonder if I can get Ubuntu in other programming languages like Fortran, BASIC, Javascript, Perl, Python, and Java.
-
C is the unfortunate official name of the always-available, does-nothing locale from the standard library locales package. It's probably a mistake to present it to the user, but its presence is no WTF.
-
C is boring. Transpose it into C minor.

FAIL.
You missed the joke. Minor scales are diatonic scales. Ditonic scales would only have two notes making it similar to binary logic.

Wow.

It's pretty obscure joke since you used a make-believe word, but the condescending tone made me laugh.

You missed a golden opportunity there; I would have gone with "transpose it into C-pound".

"Ditonic" is not make-believe, it's a scale with two notes. lern2history, n00b.

Boring tunes though. Mind you, Status Quo seem to have done OK out of it.

That's nothing. I can make a piece with zero notes.

John Cage - 4'33"
Yeah, but it's too short. I nominate ASLSP for the WTF theme music. The longest perfomance currently underway is scheduled to last 600-odd years. That starts with over a year of silence, so it incorporates 4'33''. Not to mention putting the organ into a soundproof box because the notes last so long.
