Our first project on my first team on my first company just went live. There WAS a test server, and the features have been tested, but somehow almost every test failed to point that the features were either broken, or not meeting the specs. That, and the specs changing during and after it going into production, among other things.

I usually don't tell this, but in the last 1 or 2 years it's the only antivirus I've been using, half for lazyness and half for not ever allowing anyone to plug flash disks or download ...

Your top products were average TVs, CD players, and DVD players, and some (non-smart, obviously) cellphones.
Then you are getting back into the game, you get the press and tell everyone ...

It's been like that for a year or so.
I wonder how chaos hasn't taken control yet.
(to be honest, I have no idea what I'm doing in this group and haven't left just because I feel tempted to do something...)
