I like that the German site proclaims "Psychologische Kurzzeit-Beratung durch Psychologen" — quick psychological consults by psychologists. Other sites put the cleaning lady on the phone to counsel you, but we have real psychologists!

That way, you don't have to read the message but can usually go just by the button titles. Far easier than seeing "Yes", "No" and "Cancel" and then having to go and read ...
