That grabs a shot of the window from the screen buffer, so it doesnt matter how big the window is or if other windows are displayed over it.

    Of course it isnt a silly ruling. Everybody knows Google === Internet. That said, I agree its silly and think it has merit. Silly because it puts the burden on the middle man rather than dealing with the problem at the source, but has merit because this middle man is the one everyone turns to to find things.
