Yeah, I called the vendors and they couldn't find any records from my company. At this point I'm almost done removing the components and replacing them with my own code to accomplish the same thing (auto resizing controls, coloring grids, etc.). I also tried hacking up the registry in VMWare but ended up just wasting a day on that.
PS. VB6 especially sucks on a 12 year old machine, whose anti-virus seems to be going crazy. In the last 4 days (in which I've used it maybe 8 hours), the AV has read in 40,000,000,000 bytes of IO... And I haven't even been moving files around or anything.
