Damn, I was just thinking about making one.

Yeah, it's one of the cooler parts of this forum.  It often looks like nobody has custom avatars, and then you see Einsidler's googly eyes.

Anyway, I thought I'd get in on the fun.  I stole the gun from this IMDB still: http://i.imdb.com/Photos/Ss/0425112/DSC8432.jpg

The movie is 'Hot Fuzz', and I highly suggest it.

You know what, b? I retreat my blanket statement. :)

Your Radiant Anonymous icon could be subtly made into an animation, where the rays just undulate & shimmer a little bit -- and it wouldn't be annoying.

As fun as the ubiquitous Super Mario series is, it obscures the fact that, yes, even side scroller games can have plot. Involving, thought out plot, I mean.

This one looks worth a try.

I'm detecting three distinct strains of avatars that are variations on "gray forum guy".

In approximate order of appearance (i.e. order I noticed them in):

    • "gray forum guy" with extra decorations
    • "other color [texture, etc] forum guy"
    • "gray other guy"

Alex is the owner of the site... I guess he has attachments enabled for admins only, to prevent abuse or something.
