It's not the dumbest thing I've seen on tumblr.

This is pretty weird, but it's always interpretable as art (it's a metaphor for the role of the conciousness in our consumption society, and it interacts with society by mutating the popular items list in an unpredictable way, bla bla bla). However, it's also cool in a creepy way.

It's really hard to pick (but the random Amazon purchase is not anywhere close). I'd probably go with otherkin. And "the best of social justice" is a nice survey of them and the runners up.
