Can someone explain the connection between the content of this page and the image at the top?

 

Looks like a cross between Ellen Degeneres and a workout video still from the 80's.  Maybe it's trying to tell us that J# is really lame?

Either J# is almost flexible or it's really really ugly...

Now that's comedy!

VB & J# must be a real workout.
Borland C always made me want to reach for my teddy bear.
And Excel is as elegant and simple as a ballet.

I was under the impression that Excel involved welding.
